Eligible items may be returned for store credit only, no exceptions.
To start a return, you can contact us at Lianawright@dollhousexpress.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not accept any returns exceeding this time frame. Any requests for returns exceeding 30 days from the package delivery date will be denied and not accepted at our warehouse.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached (if applicable). If an item is returned to our warehouse our Customer Care team will reach out to you with further information.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until you’ve received your store credit. Dollhouse Xpress is unable to accept returns for lost packages without proof of postage or tracking.
Once your package has been delivered to our warehouse, allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and a store credit to be applied.
FINAL SALE (NON RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)
ALL sale items, bodysuits, intimates, undergarments, swimwear, shoes, face masks, dresses/rompers with built-in undergarments or include undergarments, jewelry, sunglasses, bags, any item marked as "final sale" on the product page, and all items marked as $5.99, $8.99, $9.99 and $11.99 are not eligible for return. All final sale items are marked under the item description. We will not accept returns for final sale items, no exceptions.
We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for store credit, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
Reserved rights regarding returns
Dollhouse Xpress reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Additionally, Honeybum reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Non-Dollhouse Xpress items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
